Spool count
Check if the number of rows in the Spool table exceeds user-defined thresholds.
If the number of rows in the Spool table in the BizTalk message box database continues to be high over time, this may indicate a performance-related problem with your BizTalk Server environment.
Here is an example of when the Spool table has a record count below the Monitoring thresholds.
Here is an example of when the Spool table has a record count that exceeds the warning threshold.

What's being evaluated for 'Spool count'?
If the number of rows exceeds the user-defined thresholds for the Resource Spool count the state is evaluated accordingly.
The evaluated state is provided in the table below:
