Remote Configuration - As an Administrator with access to Monitoring Agents from the Remote Administration dialogue, you can further manage:
- Add and Remove ACK/NAK configurations
- Enable and Disable Monitoring
- Manage Interval Scheduling
- Edit thresholds

ACK/NAK Non-Event
The Category 'ACK/NAK' provides one resource for each ACK/NAK Configuration with its display name as Resource name.

The following Remote Actions are available for the ACK/NAKs Non-Events Category.

Show Log View
This action navigates the user to the Log View with the current monitoring data.

Show missing events
This function should be shared with your business(!)
You can view a list of missing events, simply click on the Action button and then click on the Show missing events menu item within the 'Control Center' section.

A list will then be loaded, this might take some time depending on current load and amount of data to fetch.

Show the Log View {%name%}to navigate to the underlying Log View that this ACK/NAK configuration is using to further interact with underlying data (events and messages).
In the end of the list you can expand the accordion to review current thresholds:

Show delayed events

You can view a list of delayed events, simply click on the Action button and then click on the Show delayed events menu item within the 'Control Center' section.

Ignore previous errors
Use the 'Ignore previous errors' feature to ignore events older than the current date time. When the user performs this Remote Action, the monitoring uses the last value performing the search operation in order to perform the Monitoring.
'Clear previous errors' action
The Nodinite Administrator can manage this value in the Remote Configuration.
When the user clicks on the menu item, a modal is presented with a prompt to confirm the intent to ignore previous records.
