Check if the number of rows in the Spool table goes above user-defined thresholds
If the number of rows in the Spool table in the BizTalk messagebox continues to be high over time this may be an indication of a performance problem with your BizTalk Server environment.

If the number of rows goes above the user-defined thresholds for the Resource
Spool count the state is evaluated accordingly.
The evaluated state is provided by the table below:
